askTheodor — a local-first AI workforce for companies of one
A desktop app that staffs a one-person company with AI workers for sales, ops, research and content. Theodor, the chief of staff, splits the work, hands it to specialists and reports back; nothing leaves the machine without your approval. It started in 2024 as a web chat with eight AI agents, and relaunched on 17 July 2026 as a native app for macOS and Windows.
AstroBaaS — Self-Hosted Headless CMS & Backend on Astro
A self-hosted, TypeScript-native headless CMS and backend built on Astro, with a content admin built in — one Node process, and an MCP server so AI agents can read and write content.
LOKIDocs — private, offline AI for your company documents
A desktop app that lets a company ask questions about its own documents in plain language and get answers with citations, while everything stays on the PC: local language models, a local index, no cloud and no token fees. Built in Germany for privacy-sensitive teams, signed, and available on the Microsoft Store.
Ψηφίδες (Psifides) — a multiplayer tile-laying board game for Connect Cafe
An original tile-laying board game in the Carcassonne family, built for Connect Cafe on webcafe.gr: 1–6 players, people or bots, playing live or asynchronously with turn deadlines. The rules engine is deterministic and runs in every browser; the server stores only seeds and moves, and replays a whole match in a sandbox before it touches the leaderboard. The mosaic art is generated in code, with no image assets. First commit to launch in three days.
